WEEK 3 | TOUGH ROAD LOSS

After a solid start out of the gate, the Roughriders fell flat in Week 3 against the Montreal Alouettes. Montreal has been on fire on home turf, and the Roughriders had their work cut out. After an incredible first half by Montreal, Saskatchewan couldn’t recover and took the 13-37 loss.

So what did fans have to say about Week 3? In terms of strengths, the Roughrider defensive line continues to show they’re doing their job (50%). Others say that the talent and team chemistry (19%) are hopeful.

What do the Roughriders need to work on?

According to Week 3 Roughrider fan tracker analytics, more than half of the fans surveyed said penalties (57%) continue to break down their momentum when needed. Additionally, while the defensive line continues to be great, the offensive line may need some work (36%).
